Shipping and Delivery
Maxima SpA strives to be as fast and reliable as possible, both while the product is ordered on our Maxima Store and when delivering the order.
During the purchasing process, you are provided with information on the transport cost and delivery method.
For most locations in Italy, delivery is within 24/48 hours (excluding the islands), but to get an idea of the expected delivery time for each destination in Italy, please request information via the contact form.
Maxima SpA normally uses these couriers (other couriers may be available during the purchasing process):
GLS - 1/2 working days (excluding the islands)*
FERCAM - 4/6 working days (excluding the islands)*
DHL - 4/6 working days*
SCHENKER - 4/6 working days*

The products delivered by the courier arrived damaged: what can I do?
We advise you to check the condition of the packaging as soon as possible.
Maxima SpA takes the utmost care and attention when packing and shipping parcels, but there may be some problems, beyond our control.
This is why we suggest:
- that you check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note.
- if possible, unpack the product immediately while the courier is present and check for damage.
- when checking the exterior of the parcel, make sure that there are no visible signs of tampering and/or breakages and that the packaging and closing tapes are intact and not altered, in which case you must immediately dispute the delivery by affixing the word “WITH RESERVATION PENDING CHECK OF THE GOODS” on the delivery document received from the courier.
The report must be received no later than seven (7) days after receipt of the goods, according to the modalities provided by the carrier used.
