This line of diamond core bits finds its ideal use when holes need to be made with depths of more than 2 linear metres. As it is not possible to extract the debris core, unlike with conventional drilling, with this system the hole can be made by progressively screwing on extensions one after the other, keeping the debris core inside the bits until drilling is finished. On request this system is also supplied with debris core extractors and stabilisers to keep the crown on track while drilling. As this drilling is of a high technical level we suggest contacting a Maxima technician beforehand for advice – he will explain and give technical tips to ensure an excellent result. In cases of unusual applications the technician will also be available for on-site surveys. The tool is available in three different versions: Impregnated, Set and Polycrystalline Crown and all three can be ordered for wet or compressed air use.
On demand are also available these diameters: 92, 102, 112, 122, 137, 152, 162, 182, 202, 212, 252, 262, 302.
